Vendor Timeline
Booth Registration Opens
All Vendors and Brokers may begin registering for their booths on 11/14/2025.
Ship Dates: 4/20, 4/27, 5/4, 5/11, 6/1, 6/8
Note: Brokers will use the same form as the vendors and will must submit a form for each vendor they represent.
Booth Registration Closes
All vendors and brokers must complete their booth registration by 12/15/2025
Payments & Feature Sheets Due
All vendors and brokers must submit their payments and feature sheets in by 1/5/2026
Shipping Samples
Vendors may begin shipping samples to the Convention Center on 3/2/2026
Please make sure these are properly labeled.
Sample Requests Closed
If you would like our warehouse to pull and ship your samples for the trade show, please complete the Sample Request Form by 3/14/2026
Booth Set Up
Vendors and Brokers may begin setting up their booths on Tuesday, 3/17/2026 at 10 a.m.
Vendor Dinner
Cocktail hour for the vendor dinner will start at 5:00 p.m. on the lower level of the Convention Center. The dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. in the ballroom on the upper level.
Booth set-ups may resume after the dinner until 9 p.m.
Show Day
The Convention doors will be unlocked at 7:00 a.m. for those who need additional time setting up your booths. The show starts at 8:30 a.m. and will end at 3:00 p.m. All booths must stay open and attended until the show ends. DO NOT START TEARING DOWN UNTIL THE SHOW CLOSES.

Hotels
As a courtesy to you, we have set up hotel blocks at the two closest locations to the convention center. If you book your room at the Country Inn or Holiday Inn, please specify that you are attending the Hackney/McAneny trade show. Reserved blocks are limited, so we cannot guarantee rooms will be available.
