Covid-19 Procedures

• Masks are recommended within the facility
• Masks and hand sanitizer will be available at check-in and will be readily available around the facility
• The use of disposable items (plates, utensils, napkins, etc.) is encouraged
• We will continue to encourage boxed lunches when appropriate
• Trash cans will be abundant and easily accessible to encourage the disposal of used food items
• There will be wayfaring signage directing attendees to the appropriate meeting rooms to prevent congregating in shared spaces
• Hand sanitizer and gloves will be located at self-serve stations and buffet lines
