Here are some frequently asked questions about our show for you to review.

Simply click on the “Registration” tab at the top of the page and complete the registration form.  Registration is for each person attending, so please be sure to complete a registration form for each person from your company who is attending the show.  You can also click on the section “Click Here to Register today!” at the bottom of any page on the site to register.

Visit the “Plan Your Visit” tab at the top of our site to see the hotels that are available.  You can call the hotel of your choice to make a reservation for the night before the show.  One hotel room is available per account FREE of charge.  If you need additional rooms, you can get them at a discounted rate.  Please be sure to have a credit card on hand upon making your reservation.  This is for any incidentals that are incurred during your stay.  Please be sure to tell the hotel that you are a “McAneny Customer” when making your reservation.  This ensures you get into the block of rooms we have reserved.

Hotel cancellations can be made by directly contacting the hotel 24 hours prior to your arrival.  Please be sure to cancel your room if you cannot make it.  You will be charged for your room if you do not cancel.

Show day credit deals are special deals, on certain items, that are available to customers who attend the show in person and are above and beyond the deal in the show book.  These special deals offer our customers credits off of invoice upon shipping of the product.  Please be sure to attend in person to receive these special off-invoice deals!

Be sure to bring your “show book” that you received prior to the show with you.  A pen will also be helpful when you are placing your orders with vendors.  If you received “pre-printed business info labels” prior to the show, please be sure to bring those along as well.  We do not have a way to print labels at the show.  You can request pre-printed business labels during your pre-registration online.

Upon registering for the show, a book will be created for you and given to your sales representative, or sent to you with a delivery closer to the show.  If you have questions, please contact your sales representative directly.

You will choose the weeks that you want your orders delivered.  The delivery weeks for this show’s orders are 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, & 10/28.  When you register for the show, you need to choose the day of the week you want your orders delivered.  We do not deliver show orders on Mondays unless that is your only delivery date that you receive from McAneny Brothers.  If you have questions about this, please talk to your sales representative.

Due to limited spacing issues, strollers, wagons and carts will NOT be permitted on the show floor.  Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Our “Day of Show” deals will be emailed on Friday, August 9, 2024.  So please be on the lookout for these amazing deals!  The “Day of Show” deals are not included in your order book, these are above and beyond all of those savings!  You won’t want to miss these!  If we do not have your email address, please be sure to contact your sales representative and get yourself added to the list!
